There are more than 150 awards youth can earn as a member of Scouts BSA. Whether it’s a rank advancement, Merit Badge, or one of the many other individual awards, there’s plenty to set your sights on.
Advancement at the Scouts BSA level presents a Scout with a series of challenges in a fun and educational manner. As youth complete advancement requirements, the aims of Scouting are achieved: to develop character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, to develop leadership skills, as well as to develop physical and mental fitness.
