The purpose of the Venturing awards program is to provide a pathway for accomplishments in the Adventure. Leadership Personal Growth Service (ALPG) model. Core awards (Venturing, Discovery, Pathfinder, and Summit) serve as benchmarks along a Venturer’s journey.
