Counselors In Training
Be A Counselor-In-Training!
Want to be part of something awesome this summer? The CIT Program is your chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to be on camp staff—and start your journey toward becoming one yourself! As a CIT, you’ll kick off the summer with Staff Training Week, where you’ll learn valuable skills, help set up camp, and bond with other future leaders. Then, you’ll spend a week rotating through different areas of camp—from program zones to operations—getting hands-on experience and discovering what makes camp run. If you shine during your first two weeks, you can volunteer for more weeks (with approval from the CIT Director) and keep the adventure going!
Age Requirement:
You must be 14 or 15 years old (or turning 15 before August 1, 2026).
Commitment:
- Staff Training Week: May 31-June 6, 2026
- One Camper Week: Choose from June 7–13, June 14-20, June 21-27, June 28–July 4, July 5-11, or July 12-18, 2026
- Optional Extra Weeks: Available if approved!
Cost:
- $200 covers housing, meals, training, and basic medical care for two weeks
- $100 for each additional week (if approved)

Program Counselors
Be a Program Counselor — Make Camp Magic Happen!
Are you 16 or older and ready to make your summer unforgettable? Join the team as a Program Counselor—the heart and soul of camp life!
As a Program Counselor, you’ll lead epic activities, teach cool skills, perform skits and songs at campfires, and help keep camp running smoothly. Whether you’re into Range and Target Activities, climbing, aquatics, handicrafts, STEM, cycling, or even Hollywood-style storytelling, there’s a place for your talents at camp.
Some specialty areas like Range and Target Activities, Zip Line, Climbing, and Aquatics may require you to be 18/21 or older, but there are tons of awesome roles for everyone.
This is your chance to spend the summer outdoors, build leadership skills, and make a real impact—all while having a blast.
Area Directors
Lead the Way as an Area Director!
Are you 18 or older and ready to take charge? Area Directors are the leaders who make camp run smoothly and keep the fun going strong. You’ll plan and lead activities in your program or operations area, guide a team of counselors and CITs, and help create unforgettable experiences for campers.
This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for planning, and a commitment to making camp awesome—even before summer starts!
If you’re interested in high-adventure areas like Range and Target Activities, Climbing, ATV’s or Zip Line, (among others) you’ll need to be 21 or older—safety first!
Operations Staff
Join the Crew That Makes Camp Happen — Operations Staff
Want to be part of the team that keeps camp running behind the scenes? If teaching isn’t your thing but you still want to make a big impact, Operations Staff is where it’s at!
From keeping supplies stocked to making sure meals are ready and campers are safe, Operations Staff are the unsung heroes of summer camp. Positions include Maintenance Quartermasters, Trading Post Staff (Clerks, Manager, Director), Office Staff, Dining Hall Steward, Food Service Staff, and Health Staff.
Age Requirements:
- 16+ for Trading Post Clerks, Dishwashers
- 18+ for Cooks, Trading Post Manager, Office Manager, Health Aide, Dining Hall Steward
- 21+ for Health Officer, Food Service Director, Business Manager, Maintenance Quartermasters
Whether you’re organizing gear, helping in the kitchen, or managing camp logistics, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that keeps the adventure rolling.
Camp Administration
Step Into Leadership — Camp Administration Roles
Are you 21 or older and ready to take your camp experience to the next level? Whether you’ve led program areas before or bring leadership skills from outside camp, this is your chance to help shape an unforgettable summer.
Join the Camp Administration Team and play a key role in planning and running camp operations. Positions include:

- Assistant Program Director
- Business Manager
- Food Service Director
These roles require a commitment before summer begins, as you’ll help design programs, support staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you’re passionate about youth development, team leadership, and making camp better every year—this is your moment.
