Nestled in the middle of the Black Forest, McNeil Scout Ranch offers sweeping views of Pikes Peak and the front range of the Rocky Mountains. MSR is open for Scouting America units to use the camp August to May. Some dates may not be available. Outside organizations are also welcome to use camp facilities.
