Scouts BSA Virtual Summer Camp
Thank you to all Scouts who participated in our first summer of Virtual PV on PC! We had over 100 Scouts earn hundreds of Merit Badges through this program, with participants from half a dozen states. If you still need any blue cards, contact CAPHomework@gmail.com.
Spending too much time inside? Looking for something to do as a family this summer? The “Open Scouting at Magness” program is an experience that allows Cub Scouts and family members to visit Magness adventure Camp and enjoy a day of Scouting fun! The program includes Archery, BB’s, Nature Hikes, Crafts and many more activities. A single day of fun is on Saturdays or Sundays in July and August from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Magness Adventure Camp.
Cub Scout packs that are interested in doing a adventure just for the pack on another day can email Devan Mapp to discuss openings and opportunities.

Day Camp at Donald E. Scott Colorado Adventure Point (CAP)
STEM and Makers Camp at CAP in August
Donald E. Scott Colorado Adventure Point (CAP) is offering STEM Adventure Day Camp the weeks of August 3 and August 10. STEM Camp offers a week of dynamic adventure and experiments in the fields of chemistry, biology, geology, and physics. Campers will also experience thrilling Adventure Zones as they learn about science in rock climbing, archery, marksmanship and more! Register online now.
Makers Camp at CAP is available the week of August 3. This camp offers a new medium each day, inspiring campers to imagine innovative projects with a fresh new set of skills. Makers Camp inspires creativity and helps attendees gain confidence and start dreaming about creative careers. Each day will start out with learning about art concepts, such as color theory, and the logistics of working in the field. Register online now.
