The Greater Colorado Council offers a variety of camps for youth ages 11 – 18, or in grades 6 – 12. See below for opportunities available throughout the summer.
Camp Cris Dobbins at McNeil Scout Ranch at Peaceful Valley offers sweeping views of Pikes Peak and the front range of the Rocky Mountains. Scouts will have a hard time choosing between the more than 50 Merit Badges offered and will love spending time on water slides at the outdoor pool, dusting a clay at the Olympic shotgun range, channeling their inner movie star in our moviemaking program, or pretending to be Indiana Jones at the STEM lodge archaeology dig site.
National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is an exciting, action-packed program designed to provide youth members with the opportunity to learn leadership skills and gain the experience they can use in their home units and in other situations that would benefit from a leadership role.
